I used to think the best way to have the perfect counseling program was to be the first one in the building in the morning and the last one out of the parking lot at night.  I was busy. . .really busy. . .but wasn't as productive as could have been because I didn't have the systems in place to help me efficient and awesome.  I can't wait to share with you how I changed all that.  Now I have more family time, more me time, and more satisfaction with what I do.
